What to expect

Accounts receive advance notice of incoming greens and can reserve before anything is listed publicly. When a season ends, that coffee is gone.

No blends. Every coffee is traceable to a specific farm, cooperative, or washing station — roasted to suit that green.

Lead time is 3–5 business days. Roast level is determined by the green and confirmed at the time of order.

Discussed directly. No rate card. If the arrangement doesn't work for both sides, I'll say so.

NSF food safety standards. Controlled green storage, documented procedures from intake to sealed bag.
